We are committed to helping researchers be at the forefront of scientific discovery in the fields of genetics, genomics and molecular biosciences
The Biomolecular Resource Facility (BRF) is a core lab providing researchers with access to state of the art techniques for molecular, genetic and protein-based studies. Our highly skilled people can implement and run new cutting-edge technologies in these fields and provide consultancy on projects using BRF services and equipment.
Our services are available to researchers at the John Curtin School of Medical Research and ANU, as well as the broader regional scientific community and clients from across Australia's education, research and medical services community.
The BRF is a service node of Bioplatforms Australia.
To enable researchers at ANU and beyond deliver research of the highest quality by providing cutting-edge biomolecular technologies and services
We do this by:
- Delivering easily accessible, cost effective and internationally competitive services in our core areas.
- Operating and maintaining state-of-the-art technologies to keep researchers at the forefront of scientific discovery.
- Providing high-level guidance, skills and support for turn-key and bespoke projects.
