The CHASM Facility offers cutting edge instrumentation and expertise in High dimensional flow cytometry cell analysis, cell sorting, Histology, Automated Immunochemistry, in vivo optical imaging, low dose micro CT and Spatial Multiomics services.

CHASM team 2024

The CHaSM facility provides exceptional quality services for all researchers by enabling access to a suite of advanced instruments and the expertise of friendly staff. We provide on going support, advice, training and consultancy in the areas of Cell sorting and analysis, Histology and automated stains, Phenocycler and extracellular flux analyser. 

Hours of operation

The Facility is open during business hours for all users and after hours for experienced users. Staff are normally available between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.

After hours access

Between the hours of 7 pm to 7 am Monday to Thursday and 7 pm Friday to 7 am Monday. Access is by swipe card for experienced users only. To request after-hours access, please contact the facility staff.
