CHASM flow cytometry

Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting: High speed cell sorting of samples with up to 16 fluorescent markers, allowing simultaneous sorting of up to four populations or single cell deposition

The FACS lab provides a cell sorting service for researchers and students. There are 3 cell sorters operated by a flow cytometry specialist and operator between 9 - 5pm week days with after-hours sorting by special arrangement.

Please contact the staff for any questions about flow cytometry, how to design experiments, prepare samples, or to analyse your data.

High speed cell sorter with 5 lasers, 16 fluorescence detectors and capable of sorting up to four populations simultaneously. Contained in a ClassII Biohazard hood.
