The Eyras Group led the work of systematic benchmarking of the six most widely used analysis tools for detecting DNA methylation from Nanopore sequencing data. they have now developed a new tool, METEORE, that can help improve the accuracy and reproducibility of DNA methylation data from Nanopore sequencing.
