The Genome Targeting Facility (GTF), hosted at the Australian Phenomics Facility (APF), can introduce genetic mutations into mouse embryos using CRISPR-Cas9. This service may be used for a wide range of applications, from gene knock-out studies to the study of patient specific mutations identified through personalised medicine. This service is available to researchers across Australia.
