Our services are presently designed for research purposes and are available to clinicians and academics. We are actively working towards achieving accreditation for human diagnostic use.
Benefits of the Service
- Efficiency: Save time and resources by avoiding months of in-house assay optimization.
- Quality Assurance: Rely on our rigorous quality control system, which includes WHO Reference materials and participation in External Quality Assurance Programs.
- Innovation: Access cutting-edge scientific and analytical techniques to stay at the forefront of your field.
Current Services
Cellular immunophenotyping - Lymphocyte panel
This panel utilises spectral cytometry to analyse 30 markers simultaneously, allowing characterisation of 62 T cell and B cell subpopulations in a single tube.
From peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), we can consistently detect populations including T cells (alpha-beta and gamma-delta); CD4+ and CD8+ naïve, TEMRA, central and effector memory; cTfh cells, Tregs and Tfr cells; CD57+ exhausted T cells and B cells; naïve, T1 and T2 transitional; switched and unswitched memory; IgG+ and IgA+ memory; Igκ and Igλ chain expression, Bregs, atypical CD11c+ B cells; plasmablasts and plasma cells.
Cytokine analysis
This panel measures a range of inflammatory cytokines, including IFN-γ, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12 p70, IL-13 and TNF-α
Analysis services
Our skilled scientists can offer assistance with analysis of results, including the use of machine learning techniques to identify system-wide patterns of change in disease biomarkers.
Services in development
Myeloid panel
We are currently developing a spectral cytometry myeloid panel to complement our lymphocyte panel.
