About
CHOIR is managed by The Polizzotto Group which was founded by Professor Mark Polizzotto. As a Clinical trial coordinating centre focusing on cancer and immunology, we collaborate with researchers, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare professionals on every stage of their interventional research proposal - from protocol development, ethics application, contract negotiation, trial monitoring to data capture and results dissemination.
Our people specialises in interdisciplinary, patient-oriented research grounded in rigorous clinical trial methodology. Our expertise spans early-phase and developmental therapeutics in cancer, including haematological malignancies, as well as immunology and infectious diseases, with a particular emphasis on immunotherapies and host-directed treatments.
CHOIR supports both individual researchers and research groups to navigate and reduce the barriers for developing and participating in clinical research. CHOIR aims to ensure clinical trials across the College are successful by creating the infrastructure required to develop and run high quality clinical trials.
We welcome collaborations in the area of early phase trials, for more information please visit our LinkedIn.
