Dr Bomball is a receiver of the 2016 Year Two of Pathology Prize among the students studied in the MChD Program of ANU Medical School. Dr Bomball graduated with distinction from the ANU Medical School in 2017 and then completed his internship at the Canberra Hospital. As a surgical resident in 2019, his work covered vascular, general, urological and cardiothoracic surgery. He commenced GP registrar training in 2020 at Hobart Place General Practice, before moving to the National Health Co-op Coombs. He began practicing with Ochre Health in October 2021 and achieved RACGP Fellowship in 2022. Dr Bomball has an interest in medical education and research. He is a clinical skills tutor at the ANU Medical School.
