Research interests

Our group investigates the pathophysiology of diseases resulting from immune dysregulation. We use analysis of human genomic variation, deep cellular and biochemical phenotyping, and characterisation of accurate models of human disease generated by engineering orthologous genetic variants using CRISPR/cas9. Our aims is to make diagnoses of human immune diseases more accurate and comprehensive in order to tailor precision treatment regimens to each patient.
