Description

The Shine-Dalgarno Centre is offering a series of RNA bioinformatics training courses for HDR students, Honours and Masters students, academics and Early Career Researchers who are working with RNA-related datasets or planning RNA-focused research projects.
 
The training will cover key modules in Data Analysis with R, RNA-seq Analysis, Single-cell RNA-seq Analysis and Spatial Transcriptomics, with optional drop-in sessions available for questions and additional support.
 
These courses are designed to help participants strengthen their practical bioinformatics skills and confidence in analysing RNA-related research data.
 
Places are limited, so participants are asked to register only for the sessions they are able to attend. Some modules require prerequisite knowledge of R, and attendance requirements apply for registered participants.
