Welcome to the Imaging and Cytometry Facility (ICF). The ICF is a core facility of The John Curtin School of Medical Research. We provide access to equipment and on-going support, advice and training in the following areas: Cell sorting (FACS), benchtop cell analysis, fluorescence, confocal and 2 photon microscopy, histology, live cell and animal imaging, data and image analysis, IVIS imaging, micro CT imaging and use of Extracellular Flux Analyzer.

Hours of operation

The Facility is open during business hours for all users and after hours for experienced users. Staff are normally available between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.

The Histology lab within the facility is locked after hours. Please contact Anne Prins if you need to use this lab after hours.

After hours access: Between the hours of 7 pm to 7 am Monday to Thursday and 7 pm Friday to 7 am Monday. Access is by swipe card for experienced users only. To request after-hours access, please fill in this form (PDF, 70 KB) and email or give the completed form to Facility staff for approval and processing.
