CHARM award winner

Daniel Chaston, a PhD student in the Blood Vessel Group in the Eccles Institute of Neuroscience, JCSMR, was the winner of the CHARM award: Radiation Oncology Private Practice Trust Fund Award for the Best Laboratory Research Oral Presentation. His  presentation wa titled 'Chronic impairment of endothelial connexin40 enhances vasoconstriction and arterial stiffening'.

The Canberra Health Annual Research Meeting (CHARM) is hosted each year by the Research Office and is a forum for ACT based health researchers to showcase their research. The conference is targeted at an audience including doctors, nurses, senior scientists, allied health professionals, students, new researchers and medical and sports scientists.
