On Friday 4 September, ANU Science held a Footy Colours Morning Tea.
Staff got together and dressed up in their favourite footy colours to raise money for Cancer Research at The John Curtin School of Medical Research.
Just over $255.00 was raised and will be donated to the work of Professor Ross Hannan, who is the ACT Centenary Chair for Cancer Research.
Professor Hannan’s aim is to provide specialised cancer research, treatment and patient care here in Canberra so cancer patients don’t have to travel to Sydney or Melbourne for specialised treatment or to participate in clinical trials.
Thanks to everyone for this wonderful effort.
