JCSMR Seminar Series: Genetic variants illuminate human effector T cell responses

Associate Professor Matt Cook, Translational Research Group, Department of Immunology, The John Curtin School of Medical Research, ANU, Canberra, ACT.

Matthew Cook has been the Director of Immunology at The Canberra Hospital since 2001, where he has developed a clinical service for patients with immune-mediated diseases, including lupus and immune deficiency. He is also heads a research group at The Canberra Hospital and The John Curtin School of Medical Research (ANU). Research activities concentrate on understanding the cellular mechanisms that connect genetic variation to human immune disease, concentrating on primary immune deficiency diseases and autoimmunity.
