Dr Traude Beilharz, ARC Australian Research Fellow, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Monash University.

After graduating from the Lithgow Laboratory in 2002, Dr Beilharz spent one year in Randy Scheckman's lab at UC Berkeley. She then joined Thomas Preiss' Lab at the VCCRI in Sydney with a Centenary Fellowship from 2004-2006.

Dr Beilharz's research is focussed on RNA metabolism and she is supported by an ARF (ARC 2008-13).
