"Flow Cytometry and Sorting: Second Edition" Lab. Comments

The old "yellow bible" is a tremendous reference text for those wanting "in
depth" information on a wide variety of topics. The very nature of the book
though, has been known to put some people off (wimps?), as it is tome of some
weight and the amount of information on a topic is often more than the reader is
looking for. We recommend this book when you wish to find detailed information,
or source a wide variety of journals, as the references at the end of each
chapter provide usefully starting points in a search.
