Flow Cytometry: A Practical Approach. Lab. Comments 4/8/95

This text is a couple of years old now, but still provides excellent
information. Less of a "cookbook" than some, it contains a mixture of theory and
actual methods. It does not cover all topics, however the ones it does
deal with are covered thoroughly. The section on calcium flux studies has been one
of the most widely read in this lab. and if this happens to be your interest
then this book makes an ideal starting point, with some of the pitfalls to be
avoided being explained.
